I'm Jaimie, an American proudly calling England home, and a travel advisor with a deep belief that the world's most extraordinary experiences should be within reach for every kind of traveller.

I founded Radiant Routes to do travel differently: immersive, intentional, and inclusive, without ever compromising on the adventure.

As a stroke survivor, I understand first-hand what it means to navigate the world with accessibility needs, and how profoundly the travel industry can fall short. That experience didn't slow me down. It sharpened my conviction that thoughtful, inclusive travel isn't a niche offering. It's what the entire industry should aspire to.

Every itinerary I design takes the full picture into account. Not as a box-ticking exercise, but because it genuinely changes the quality of someone's experience. When you travel with Radiant Routes, nothing is left to chance and nothing is left out.

Why I do this.

My approach is rooted in adventure, cultural immersion, and off-the-beaten-path experiences that prioritise authenticity over excess. I'm drawn to the places most people overlook: the local restaurant three streets back from the main square, the hiking trail that takes you somewhere the tour buses don't go, the hotel that feels like it was made just for you.

I work closely with trusted local partners in every destination to make sure every journey feels effortless, enriching, and personal. Not a template. Not a package. Yours.

How I travel.

My clients are couples and families who want more from their travel; more depth, more meaning, more adventure, without the hours of research and the stress of logistics. Many have accessibility requirements that have previously made travel feel complicated or limiting. My job is to make it feel the opposite.
